Regal Passions specializes in Avatars and Signatures and doesn't really mind doing something a little out of the way as long as it's no that much. Depending on when she notices she have a request she can usually finish it within about an hour so.

Fay does mostly signatures and even an avatar or two; however, if you have an idea and are willing to help experiment with her, she'll be more than happy to assist. New things are fascinating anyway. depending on the time you ask and the complications you add to it, the finished product might take time or no time at all.
