Old Times Studio Regal Passions specializes in Avatars and Signatures and doesn't really mind doing something a little out of the way as long as it's no that much. Surreal Silence Fay does mostly signatures and even an avatar or two; however, if you have an idea and are willing to help experiment with her, she'll be more than happy to assist.
